Catch-all Emails in Shared Website Hosting
Creating a catch-all e-mailbox will be surprisingly easy if you’ve got a Linux shared website hosting with us. You can activate the feature through our powerful, albeit simple-to-work-with Email Manager, which is built into the Hepsia hosting Control Panel, via which you’ll manage the web hosting account itself. You will see all the email addresses that you have created shown in alphabetical order and to the right of each one of them there will be a tiny "Catch-all" icon, which will immediately notify you if a certain mailbox stores all the emails for a certain domain or not. With one single click on the icon you can enable or disable this option whenever you like. In case there’s enabled email forwarding or if a different mailbox has already been configured as a catch-all one for a specific domain name, you’ll get a warning from our system. The latter won’t replace/deactivate anything automatically and without your permission.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
The catch-all option can be activated without effort in case you’ve got a semi-dedicated server plan with us. All the email addresses that you’ve set up with the domain names hosted in your semi-dedicated server account will be shown in the Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you’ll find a mini button handily situated right next to each of them. With just one single mouse click, you can enable or disable the catch-all option for any mailbox of your liking as long as there isn't another mailbox under that same domain with this option already activated and there isn't active email forwarding. Instead, you can right-click on an email address and activate this feature using the contextual menu that will surface. If any of the conditions for creating a catch-all mailbox is not fulfilled, our system will warn you, but will not replace or disable anything automatically.
